Each session combines evidence-based treatment with functional strength and movement training, utilizing both our studio and Brooklyn Athletic Club’s gym facilities. From hands-on care to guided exercise progressions, every session is tailored to help you restore, strengthen, and move with confidence.

Dance Medicine
Dance-focused rehab integrating strength, mobility, and Pilates-based movements. Designed to improve technique reduce injury risk, and support powerful, efficient movement both in and out of the studio.

Performance Rehab
Performance-focused rehab designed for lifters. Sessions blend movement analysis, mobility work, and targeted strength work to improve lifting mechanics, enhance power, and prevent recurring injuries.

Women's Health Strength Training
With a background in women’s health, our sessions support pre-natal, post-natal, and peri/menopause clients through a blend of Pilates-based and functional strength work. Build core and pelvic floor connection, improve bone density and muscle strength, and move more confidently.

Running Analysis
A full movement and gait breakdown to help you run stronger. Sessions include treadmill video analysis, mobility/strength testing, and individualized programming to help you achieve your running goals, reduce injury risk, and build confidence in every mile.
